In this document, the “service” indicates all services we provide to the customer, "you" and "your" 

  refer to each customer, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer  to CN2ME.com, directors,employees,and
  officers 
 
   
1. This provision will be applicable to our customers, including, but not limited to, conditions that apply to use
    of Chinese address ,telephone and fax number by Member. By using our services (other than reading these 
    Terms and Conditions for the first  time), Member agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions    
    hereof. Member is responsible all use of Member's Account (underany Username or password
  and   
    ensuring that  use of  Member's Account  fully  complies with the provisions of this T&C. Member shall be  
     liable for protecting the confidentiality of  Member's  passwords, if any.    
 
2. Our company  shall have the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our services any
     time, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and the rates.
 
3. We shall have the right to change or modify the terms and conditions any time, including, 
     but not limited to, adding  fees and charges for application of our products/services. Such    
     changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice posting on   
     CN2ME.com, or by electronic or conventional  mail, 
or by any other means by which Member   
     obtains notice thereof. Any use of our services by member after such notice shall be deemed to   
     constitute acceptance by member of such changes,  modifications or additions.    
 
4. Please make sure that all the information you have provided, including address, name, etc, is true                                 and complete when registering. Please update your information if there are any changes. We cannot  
    and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any incorrect information you provided and
    your losses of account  user ID and password. 
      
5. Please be assured that the usage of our mailbox, telephone and fax services is to be done in full
    compliance with the law, if not, we are entitled to terminate the services we offered and are not liable 
    for your activities.    

6. No refunds will be granted after an order has been submitted.     
   
7. By accepting the services we offer, you also must accept our rates for the services.     
   
8. By being our customer, you must use our services for at least 90 days.    
   
9. We will keep your mail/package in our storage facility for free for 45 days, after this period, and
     without any payment for further storage, we have no responsibility to keep or forward your mail/package.   
   
10. The volume and weight of mail/package are limited, you must pay additional fees should your item
       or items exceed the limit.   
 
11. If you reject the mail/package, we will not return the mail/package to the sender, but instead shall 
       discard it on your behalf.    
   
12. Unless you have previously notified us, we refuse to sign on documents such as certificates, 
       registrations, etc, on your behalf of you.   
 
13. To provide good service, we have to share your information with a third party.
       1) we will share your name and address with an express company and post office or their employee when
            we forward your mail/packages.
       2) We have to provide your information to law enforcement agency if you not abide by the law or if the
             contents of your mail/package are illegal.   
  
14. To avoid being involved in illegal activities, we have right to check mail/packages which includes prohibited
       and dangerous goods. If prohibited or dangerous goods are found in your mail/package, we will discard or 
       destroy the mail/package. 
  
15. If one of the following things happen, we have right to cancel and cease the service we offer.
      1) The customer does not pay for mailbox storage exceeding 45 days. 
      2) The customer does not pay the account payable immediately. 
      3) The volume of the mailbox/package exceeds the limitation.
      4) The customer’s actions insult/threaten/etc our staff.
      5) The address you provided is not valid and we are unable to forward your mail/package to you.
      6) You do not cooperate with our local agencies or state agencies to provide information for    
           an investigation.
      7) Violation of this agreement.
     
16. You are obliged to compensate our company for any losses which are caused by your illegal activities.
   
17. We will not be liable for the damage of mail/package which occurs before we receive it or after we forward it.

18. Our services do not include tax and tariff.
 
19. You have to pay for insurance, if not, we are not responsible for ensuring that your mail/packages
       reach your  location. 
       
20. We have right to cancel and add to our services and will post these changes on our website. 
       This does not ensure that our services can meet all of your needs.
      
21. We will notify you within 24 hours, after we receiving your mail/package.
       
22. You must comply with Chinese Law and all mail/packages that you expect us to exporte must
       comply with Chinese Customs Regulations.

23. Linking your country Customs Regulations.

24. The changes of export restrictions depend on the changes of national policy.
       
25. Extra custom charges should be born by customers; we cannot control or predict these charges.  

26. We are able to decide whether to deal with your order or not.

27. The charge of this article, transportation costs, service charges, tariffs and other charges that arise
       from using our services should be born by the customers.   
 
28. We will treat your mail/package professionally, however we will not be liable for any loss caused   
        by repacking.

29. We are not liable for things that are confiscated if you do not abide by the Import and Export Regulations.

30. Once mail/package have been forwarded, we will not track the mail/package.

31. You have to submit a business invoice when the goods will be forwarded to you, or it will be regarded as 
       authorizing DHL to declare for customers, we will not be liable for any detainment by  custom. Delays, 
       or costs due to the course of declaration.

32.  ACCEPTANCE OF Terms and Conditions: Please acknowledge that you have read this Terms
 
        and Conditions,  and you accept all the Terms and Conditions. You also will not rely on any representation, 
        guarantee, or statement,  other than the ones set forth in this Terms and Conditions. When using our 
        services you, automatically accept the terms of this agreement.
