1. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers. We will protect customers' privacy during the
whole process of our services.
2. Collecting customer information:
a) The information we have here are generally those you given out when you registering in. Although providing
personal information is not compulsory when registering, we may not be able to provide you with our
product or service if you do not provide us with your information. Please make sure that the information you
provide is true and reliable; any loss caused by the incorrect information you provide should be born by you.
Your information, include but not limit to, you real name, mailbox, address, and payment information, etc.
b) Another way to collect information is through using the comments left by customers. To analyze the data
and develop potential customers, we will require customer to provide certain information when leaving
comments.
3. Utilization of customers' information
a) We will use your information in prescribed services. We will forward the mail/package based on the
information you provided us with. To meet the needs of customer, we will share
customers' information with a third party or person. For example, we will share
customers' names, address, phone number, etc. with express company or post office when
cooperating with them.
4. Protection of customers' mail/package:
Due to the nature of our services, we receive many personal mail/package. However,
we will not dispose the mail/package without the request of customers. We will unseal and
open the mail when you request to have the mail scanned. The source of the mail/package should
also be protected.
5. Special circumstances:
Should the situation arise where one of our customers breaks the laws in China or related international laws,
we will cooperate fully with the authorities and provide customer's information to related departments as per the
request of the authorities. In addition, if the mail/package of customer is confiscated by customs during the
exporting process, this provision is not applicable. Except that, customer information pertains to company
confidential document, neither leaders nor any employee of the company is entitled to leak the information
to any third party or person.
